About Ivane
I grew up on La Réunion, a small French island in the Indian Ocean with a rich, multicultural heritage where Indian traditions — including yoga and meditation — were woven into everyday life. That early immersion never left me.
After years of exploring different yoga styles — BKS Iyengar, TKV Desikachar, Ashtanga — I trained with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, receiving my RYT 200 certification in 2010. In 2013, I travelled to Rudraprayag, India, to deepen my practice and completed my Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga, RYT 500) certification.
With over 15 years of teaching experience across all ages and abilities — from children to seniors, from beginners to advanced teachers, and including people with specific health conditions — I create a safe, thoughtful and adaptable space for every student.
In 2022, I graduated as a Yoga Therapist with the Yoga Therapy Institute (Sydney), and in 2023 completed my Certificate in Clinical Ayurveda. I also trained in Ayurveda for menopause and yoga therapy for autism spectrum disorder.
My journey into bodywork began with Lomi Lomi massage in 2017. In 2026, I graduated as a Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist and facilitator — a form of bodywork I deeply love for its capacity to support healing on every level. I consider myself a wellbeing educator and a forever student — my goal is to empower people to manage their physical, mental and emotional health, one person at a time.
How I work
Every session begins with listening. I take the time to understand your body, your history and your goals — because there is no one-size-fits-all in healing.
I work with people of all ages and all abilities. Every practice is thoughtfully adapted to meet you where you are — always safe, always compassionate, always evolving.
My aim is to give you tools you can take into your daily life — simple, sustainable practices that support your health long after our session ends.
